(Fermented Dairy Products) For Strengthen Memory and Alleviating Pressures
We need these days a lot of composure and mind control, with
increasing tensions and accelerating pressures which are a key feature of many
Arab States nowadays। So, our bodies don't hesitate to sort a lot of ( Cortisol ) for
just reading news or watching site or even dealing with others। Once this Harmon sorts in the body,
the immune system will exposed to the risk of infectious diseases and cancer। Unfortunately, this excessive
Harmon in the body leads to sudden assassination for our thinking or remembering
the correct information, this is the logical explanation for the inability of
students to answer question in the exam Hall while it's easy to remember
outside hall.
I can say cortisol is like Demon rage। Once human being feel anger, this

to evening , but now I would recommend strongly that take with you thing that
suits your taste of Fermented Dairy Products ( Curdled milk, Cheese, yogurt )
in the following cases:-
1-Attend to provocation metting .
2- Personal interview .
3- Fear of exam .
4- Sudden event in your country .
5- Neuron and outburst of anger .
6- Open Facebook, Twitter or
reading daily newspaper.
Many studies have demonstrated the
ability of fermented dairy products to relieve pressure and reduce its
devastating effects on immune system and mental capacities.
