Salt and Recovery Mood
We often find ourselves victims of sudden hypertension. Mostly, eating Salt excessively is one of the reasons which led us to this situation, what makes us crave to eat more and more Salt, despite health warnings?

difference between eating Salt and addiction to Salt is eating salted foods
more than our needs, we know that this act threatens our health.
Exaggerate of eating salted foods
might increase the feeling of thirst, make us drink more water to fill this
thirst; this is most adults' behavior.
In children, one study found that they
resorted to soft drinks which rich with sugar to fill their thirst. Therefore,
combining two dangerous threaten future of child health, sugar and salt; they
are two fastest ways to Obesity, Hypertension, Heart attacks and Stroke. So the
mothers' duty is drew attention to the amount of salt which added to processed
food trade to preserve their future health.
