Salt and Recovery Mood



     We often find ourselves victims of sudden hypertension. Mostly, eating Salt excessively is one of the reasons which led us to this situation, what makes us crave to eat more and more Salt, despite health warnings?
     It is bad mood, researchers have found a state of decline and shortfall in mice in the exercise of their regular activities and fun in the event of a suspension of supply its daily quota of Sodium Chloride, and this is one of the main symptoms associated with depression. Four Grams only is the recommended daily quantity by U.S.FDA (Food and Drug Authority), while global consumption rate of Salt per person is 10 Grams, it is double quantity and may be dangerous in the long term, and most of this quantity comes from snacks and canned goods.
      Most biological systems require Sodium to function properly. Also, our brains remember well the whereabouts of Salt and when we eat salted foods, the places of feeling pleasure and enjoyment in the brain are activated, similar of the process of addiction, the simple difference between eating Salt and addiction to Salt is eating salted foods more than our needs, we know that this act threatens our health.
      Exaggerate of eating salted foods might increase the feeling of thirst, make us drink more water to fill this thirst; this is most adults' behavior.
     In children, one study found that they resorted to soft drinks which rich with sugar to fill their thirst. Therefore, combining two dangerous threaten future of child health, sugar and salt; they are two fastest ways to Obesity, Hypertension, Heart attacks and Stroke. So the mothers' duty is drew attention to the amount of salt which added to processed food trade to preserve their future health.
